Air and Mountain
Vegetables, acrylic paint, and markers on jebala blanket and dyed fabrics
Air and Mountain was a collaborative project that came to be through a residency at Green Olive Arts in Tetouan, Morocco. Taking place at the Jebala Market, alongside vendors and shoppers, we used vegetables and herbs on-site for printing.
Inspired by the work created at the jebala market and the swifts that flew above the city every evening, these two pieces are dyed through an eco-printing process using herbs and greens bought at the market.
